Imagine you are the owner and operator of one of Norway's largest and independent conference hotels, with 273 rooms and 130 employees. Then in February of 2020, the unimaginable happens and a pandemic sweeps the world. Over night, all your bookings are cancelled and your revenue completely dries up.  How do you move forward?
